Deere Forestry 759G Track
Feller Buncher
The next generation of leveling feller buncher, the Deere Forestry 759G,
provides productivity in every application, from thinning in small timber to
final
felling in large timber. The 759G is powered by a Deere model 6081H, 241- hp,
8.1-liter Tier II engine that provides 4.8 percent more horsepower at 2,000 rpm.
The 759G delivers heavier and stronger structural components, adjustable side
clearance of links, improved serviceability and lubrication, heavy guarding for
all critical components, and an improved rotary manifold for increased
reliability and durability. The cab is now both wider and taller, with isolation
mountings to reduce noise and vibration for a more comfortable operating
environment. It also has lower daily operating costs (2.6 percent less fuel
consumption at 2,000 rpm). The 759G uses patented ShiftTilt technology to shift
the upper structure forward in direct proportion to the slope’s grade. These
feller bunchers offer 4-way leveling capability that boasts 27? forward leveling
(51% slope), 20? side leveling (36% slope), and 10? rear leveling (18% slope).

Caterpillar“ 980H Wheel
Loader
The Caterpillar 980H Wheel Loader features key changes to improve productivity,
operator comfort and serviceability when compared to the 980G Series II, which
it replaces. A new Cat“ engine with ACERT“
Technology,
the addition of Electronic Clutch Pressure Control, and a new cooling system
work together to boost productivity. Increased cab insulation reduces sound, and
an improved ladder design eases access and egress. And improved hood actuation
system and grouped hydraulic pressure taps improve serviceability. The Cat C15
engine is 980H and is Tier 3 compliant, providing advanced electronic control,
precision fuel delivery and refined air management. The 6-cylinder engine has
15.2-liters displacement and produces 318 net horsepower (237 kW) in the 980H.
Options include a windshield-cleaning package, the Lincoln Quicklube Automatic
Lubrication System, and the next-generation Product Link for tracking and
managing the 980H, high intensity quartz halogen work lights for applications
